Using Octonius for project management

Octonius offers a variety of features to help you effectively manage your projects, from simple task management to complex projects and automation.

First, decide who will be working on the project.
Create a new Group and add your team members to it.

Next, go to the Tasks section (the task board of the respective Group) and organize your board:

1. Choose a board view to use (we recommend starting with Kanban).

2. Create and name your sections (columns) based on your workflow steps (e.g., to do, working on, in review, done).

3. Enhance task management by adding custom fields to organize the work.

4. Add automation recipes to streamline workflows.

5. Create tasks and assign them to your team.

Power-user features:

1. You can launch multiple projects within one board by selecting a section and clicking "Launch as project."

2. Add budget and expenses to each project.

3. Track each task by logging hours and monitoring team progress.

4. Generate accurate billable hours reports.
